John Finucane grew up and lives in North Belfast & was brought up in an inclusive family environment, where difference and diversity were embraced and celebrated. He is a sports enthusiast and has played football at county level for Antrim from juvenile through to senior. John has a successful history as a human rights solicitor and, under the dignified direction of his mother Geraldine, he has been at the forefront of his family’s campaign for truth for his father, human rights lawyer Pat Finucane. John was elected as MP for North Belfast in 2019 & since then has worked together with others to better the lives of all our people and communities, providing strong leadership and positive change. If re-elected, John will continue to work for all, and bring the same level of commitment and dedication to ensure you have first class representation.
