I have lived in Longford for the past ten years with my husband Ciaran. Four of those were in Moyne and the previous six in Granard. I believe with the right investment and representation North Longford can and will prosper. I have always worked within the communities I have lived in. I previously volunteered with the Irish Red Cross and was involved in the foundation of a local Unit. I believe in equality and campaigned for a Yes Vote in the Marriage Equality Referendum in 2015. I believe that this country needs change, but change starts locally. I have been working hard on issues affecting residents in North Longford and I hope that you will give me the chance to bring that hard work to Council level.
