I am a primary school teacher at Wexford Educate Together and was elected to Wexford County Council in 2019 having previously being co-opted onto the seat formerly held by Cllr Anthony Kelly. I live in Liam Mellows Park and was educated in Kennedy Park National School and Wexford CBS Secondary School. I worked as an Electrician before enrolling in UCD where I studied History and Politics and graduated with a First-Class Honours Degree and then completed my Higher Diploma in Primary Education. As a father of three I understand the challenges faced by families and have campaigned to protect and improve services and access to housing. I am currently Chairperson of North End United and sit on the Council’s Climate Change, Biodiversity and Environment Committee.
