As a 56 years old family man who has the experience of emigrating and then of returning home to raise a family I have a lived knowledge of the challenges facing young people and families today. This experience propelled me to local activism ranging from School Boards of Management, coaching football teams and community safety and security. I am proud to have served as a County Councillor for you in the previous two elections and have always worked for you to the very best of my ability. Sligo County needs experienced, dedicated and hardworking Councillors who never forget to listen to their constituents first and I believe that I fit that bill.
