I am a primary school supply teacher living in Pearse Park and currently work across 21 schools in North Louth. I recognise the challenges faced by parents and families. I belong to a generation that has been locked-out of home ownership and ever increasing rents. We need more affordable and social housing in Louth. As a member of the Pearse Park Residents Association I see at first hand that communities who work together can effect positive change. I am eager to use my skills and knowledge from my professional life to empower communities and to better this area. A passionate Gaeilgeoir, I would like to see the use of our native language elevated. I am prepared to do my part in making Dundalk/ Carlingford a better place socially, culturally and economically.
