From Drumkeeran, I have been a member of Leitrim Co Council since 2014. A father of four, I have lived and worked in Leitrim most of my life, working tirelessly to help the people of North Leitrim. A proud member of St Brigid’s GAA Club, I have served on numerous committees such as Board of Management Lough Allen College, Director with Leitrim Tourism Network and Vice Chair of North West STOP. As a farmer, I am involved with the local IFA and INHFA. With a Diploma in Community Development and Peace Building Practice, and a member Sinn Féin’s Ard Chomhairle, I am passionate about Social Justice and Equality and I continually work to build a better Ireland, where all of the children of the nation are treated equally.
