I come from Kinlough where I live with my husband Yousif, daughter Zakia and son Mowafi. I am a home carer and I completely understand and live the many challenges that workers and families are facing at the moment. I was brought up to believe in community and helping others, by my community activist parents, who taught me to always strive for fairness and justice. I am passionate about giving my community a voice at local level so that they can be involved and empowered in decision making about the place where they live. This includes things like youth services, appropriate traffic calming, footpaths, public lighting and protecting the family farm. With your support, I will strive to be a strong voice for all the people of the community.
