I live in Glenmore with my wife Carmel, having previously resided in Rathculliheen. We have three adult children and three grandchildren. I currently work with the local authority and have first hand knowledge of ongoing issues in the area. I have been involved in playing music for many organisations’ fundraising nights, including local search and rescue teams and charitable groups such as Munster Chernobyl Aid and IKA. As Vice Chairperson of the local Sinn Féin Cumann in South Kilkenny, which I helped re-establish, I understand the challenges that local people endure across a range of issues. If elected to Kilkenny County Council, I will work tirelessly for communities that have been failed by the political establishment.
