I was born and raised in the stunning Arigna Valley, home to the highest hills in Roscommon. Although farming has always played a significant role in my life, taking over the family farm with my younger brother Brian sparked a deep interest in the field of agriculture. I am a proud committee member of North West STOP suicide prevention organisation, which provides a vital service by offering free counselling to people of all ages. I deliver mental health and wellbeing talks to businesses, schools, colleges and clubs over the North West, as well as being half way through an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am determined to make north Roscommon, both rural and urban areas, a better place to live.
