I have lived in the area for nearly fifty years. I have been a member of Dublin City Council since 1999 serving on various council committees in that time and I currently serve on the Transport Committee. I served on the board of Northside Partnership for over twenty years and am a member of the Local Area Drugs task Force as a city council representative. I am also a member of the Dublin City Joint Policing Committee. I have a particular interest in community development and environmental improvements throughout the area. I am a supporter of and an advocate for and all types of sports activity in the area. I strongly encourage the participation of young people, girls and boys, in sports.
