I grew up in An Spidéal and live in Doire Choill in Casla. I work in Community Development across the Conamara Gaeltacht. In recent years I have actively campaigned for investment in roads, other infrastructure, and improved bus services throughout Conamara. I have also helped to access and share information about proposed projects including the Deep Water Quay at Ros a’Mhíl. Housing, roads, local infrastructure, and community facilities are all priorities for me. It is vitally important that local democracy is accountable to local people. The long-term development of Conamara must be in the interest of ensuring a vibrant and thriving community for this generation and for future generations.
