I am originally from Rathvilly and have lived in Crosslow, Tullow for 33 years, I am married to Francis and we have 4 children Aine, Aoife, Laura and Christopher. I joined the Irish Defence Forces in 1987, and completed 30 year’s service. I am also a UN Veteran. I believe strongly in the need to reform pay and conditions for members of the Defence Forces to ensure a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work. I am a founding member of Rathvilly Kevin Barry/Michael Fay committee, Rathvilly Community Development Group and Ardattin Tidy Towns committee. I am looking for the opportunity to represent the people of the Tullow Electoral Area, to provide a fresh, committed, enthusiastic voice for the betterment of my local area.
