A mother of two adult daughters, Evelyn O’Keeffe lives in Charleville and has over 20 years experience working and volunteering within various Community Education and Training settings in the area. She currently holds the position of Chairperson of the Charleville Heritage Society and the Community Forum. With a Bachelor of Science in IT, Evelyn currently works as a Community Employment Supervisor covering a large area of North Cork. Evelyn is passionate about her work as a community volunteer. Over the last 20 years she has met many people who devote their time and commitment to their communities for little in return. Evelyn’s priority if elected is to campaign for better community resources, as well as working to tackle the crises in health, housing and cost of living.
