I live in Gorebridge with my wife, Angela and our five children Colin, Denise, Aidan, Emma (RIP) and Teddy. I worked for the SIPTU trade union as a National Sector Organiser for 26 years. I believe strongly that our communities require urgent action on the housing crisis. It should not be the case that families struggle to keep a roof over their heads and young people are forced to emigrate due to a lack of housing opportunities. In my current job with the Kilkenny Voluntary Housing Association, I help families and vulnerable people find homes. This experience has driven my passion for change in our community. As your local councillor I will continue to stand up for workers and families, communities, rural associations and sports clubs.
