Born and bred in Wexford town, I am married with three children and three grandchildren. I started work as an apprentice Panel Beater, later as a factory worker and became a Shop Steward in Unite trade union for over 20 years. I later worked in the Cornmarket Project and went on to further education and became a qualified Addiction Counsellor. I continue to work part-time in the Cornmarket Project and Its Good 2 Talk in Wexford. My interest in leftwing politics led me to successfully being elected to Wexford Town Council on three occasions and twice to the County Council. I will continue to work tirelessly and diligently on behalf of the people of Wexford.
