Born and reared here in Athlone, I am currently living in the Raneleigh area. I joined Sinn Féin when I was 17 in order to work for a better and fairer Ireland. In the time since, I have gained experience working in the Dáil and the European Parliament, as well as earning a degree in Political Science and Sociology from NUI Galway. I hope to bring this experience to Westmeath County Council to work for a better deal for Athlone. As a young person in politics I am passionate about delivering for my local community. I have been involved in local community groups and activism on housing, cultural and environmental issues. I look forward to meeting and speaking to you in the weeks and months ahead.
