Bronagh McAree of Lakeview, Emyvale, is a Community Psychiatric Nurse and mother of three young children. A member of the Emyvale Gaelic Football Club, Bronagh played for the Emyvale Ladies team. Her husband Niall is both a player and selector with the Truagh Gaels Hurling Club. Bronagh attended Edenmore National School and St. Louis Convent Secondary School in Monaghan town. With a special personal and professional interest in all health matters, Bronagh is a keen reader and gaelic sports enthusiast. She has a strong community ethos and is anxious to invest her energy and talents in the service of the people and communities of Emyvale, North Monaghan and the county of Monaghan as a member of Monaghan County Council.
