I’m a 60 year old father of two adult children from Portlaw. A plaster by trade, I have been working in Pharmaceutical company Bausch & Lomb for 25 years, the last 10 as lab assistant. I have been involved in local politics for over 40 years, starting with the original water protests in the 80s, the anti household tax campaign and the recent anti-water charges protests. I have been on the Union Committee in Bausch & Lomb and am currently on the committee of the S.E.I.P.S.C. I am also the former Secretary and Chairperson of the Waterford Sinn Féin. My community is very important to me, and with your support, I will be a strong voice for the Comeragh area.
