I live in Mulrankin and I work as a personal trainer/health coach. As a mother to my son, I understand the challenges people face and want to work for a better future for all. I have a passion for helping people. I am a self-published author and donate 50% of the funds of my novel towards Wexford Rape Crisis Centre. I am also an advocate for survivors of abuse. I recently launched a not-for-profit website called ‘letterstowarriors.org’ to help empower victims of abuse and people suffering with mental health difficulties, while raising vital funds for support services. Through my voluntary work to help educate, support and empower people who have suffered, I hope to make our country a safer place for all.
