‘Positive news’ that new social homes to be built in west Belfast – Reilly

Sinn Féin MLA Aisling Reilly has welcomed plans for sixty-two social housing units in west Belfast.

Speaking after Belfast City Council’s Planning Committee approved this development, the West Belfast MLA said:

“It’s positive news that a new social housing development on the Whiterock Road has been given the go-ahead.

“This will provide much-needed social homes for those who are currently on a waiting list in Belfast.

“The plan also includes parking, greenery, a new children’s centre and open space.

“Sinn Féin will continue working to deliver safe, secure and affordable housing for all.”
