MEP MacManus visits Longford and Westmeath Education and Training Board Campus

Chris MacManus MEP recently visited Longford and Westmeath Education and Training Board’s campus in Longford town with his Sinn Fein colleagues and local election candidates James Donnelly and Barry Campion. The Midlands Northwest representative received a tour from Neil Hanley and was briefed on the improvements that have been made to the campus. MacManus commended all involved for their work in developing this fantastic facility for the local community.

Following a meeting with the families of the Stardust tragedy this morning, @MaryLouMcDonald has said that "a full state apology to the families must be made now, and it must address the systematic failure over 43 years".
