Hargey condemns attack on women in Belfast City Centre 

Sinn Féin MLA Deirdre Hargey has condemned an attack on two women in Belfast City Centre. 

Deirdre Hargey said: 

“Reports of an assault on two women in Belfast City Centre last week are deeply disturbing. 

“I condemn this attack and would like to wish them both a speedy recovery.

“As a society we must all collectively do more to end violence against women and girls. 

“I would appeal to anyone with information on this attack to immediately bring it forward to the police.”
