Jemma Dolan was first elected as an MLA in 2017 and is the Employment and Workers Rights Spokesperson for Sinn Féin in the Assembly.
Representing a rural, border constituency and having grown up on a farm, Jemma continues to fight against regional imbalance and inequality as well as the negative impacts of partition.
During her first term as MLA Jemma has made representations on your behalf on issues such as health, education, transport and infrastructural deficits.
Jemma successfully secured a Private Members Bill to ban zero hour contracts to outlaw unfair work practices faced by thousands of workers.
She has also worked alongside Sean Lynch in securing his Private Members Bill to Ban Fracking in the north of Ireland. As a member of the Justice Committee, Jemma worked on a number of important Bills, including the Domestic Abuse & Family Proceedings Bill & the Protection from Stalking Bill.
